Established in Jakarta, Indonesia, The Right Step (TRS) is in association with The Association of Advancement for Relationship Management (AARM) International, established in 1996, in Toronto, Canada, by Robert T. Stacey. AARM is a worldwide network of business associates and executives who are deeply involved in Marketing, CEM and related subject areas. AARM taps into thousands of individuals in the Customer Experience Management and Customer Relationship Marketing arena worldwide with major representation of 58% in the Senior Executive category and 42% middle management

The Right Step as the AARM representative in Asia Pacific region is assisting in providing customized consulting, concentrating and expert in the Customer Experience and group consulting program for sharing knowledge.
